I audited the existing CRM workflows, identified data gaps, and redesigned the structure to support multi-brand and multi-market logic. Automated routing, enrichment, and follow-up workflows were implemented to reduce manual intervention, while dashboards were created to provide teams with clear visibility into lead performance and distributor activity.
