Digital Academy for Doctors
The BioScience Digital Academy is an end-to-end learning platform designed to educate aesthetic doctors globally through structured courses, medical training modules, and clinical resources. When I joined, the company had no central digital education system. I led the complete development of the academy – from concept, UX, and content structure to marketing, automation, and growth – ultimately turning it into a core brand asset used by thousands of practitioners worldwide.

Strategy
My strategy was to build a scalable, user-friendly digital ecosystem that could support continuous education, track user progress, integrate seamlessly with our CRM, and serve as a long-term funnel for brand engagement. I designed the academy around three pillars: high-quality medical content, a smooth digital experience, and a fully automated user journey that encourages learning, returning, and sharing within the medical community.

Approach
The project involved a ground-up redesign of the user experience. I collaborated with medical teams to restructure modules, scripted more interactive learning paths, and designed a modern interface optimized for engagement. On the technical side, I mapped all workflows, integrated LearnDash with Genially and Zoho CRM, automated user onboarding, and connected analytics tools for performance tracking. I managed everything from platform design and course layout to testing, QA, and promotional campaigns for launch. The result is a seamless platform where doctors can enroll, progress through lessons, complete quizzes, earn certificates, and receive automated updates.
